Membership to the Viking Amateur Radio Society is open to all individuals regardless of license status or class.

There are two classes of paid membership.
Full membership is $12.00 per year ($6.00 for students).
Auxiliary membership is $6.00 per year.

Full membership entitles one to vote on club business, hold an elected office or director's position, and to borrow club equipment. The only requirement to becoming a full voting member of VARS is a current Amateur Radio License from the FCC.

Auxiliary members do not have voting rights and thereby cannot be a club official.

Club meetings and activities are open to all members and guests.

The club meets on the last Tuesday of the month at the Waseca County Emergency Operations Center in Waseca, MN. Guest are welcome to attend the meeting.
