The Viking Amateur Radio Society operates two repeaters in the Waseca area.
The 146.940 is located on the water tower north of the city of Waseca.
The 443.750 repeater is located at the Waseca County EOC. This repeater is currently off the air.
Both repeaters are open and do not require a tone to access and are operated under the call of WA0CJU.
During the summer months, the 146.940 repeater is used as the Waseca County primary weather with net control operations taking place from the EOC. The 147.715 KB0UJL repeater is the backup in case of failure of the 94 repeater.
